Fratelli Tanzi was founded in 1885 and has been producing Parma Ham ever since, indeed Fratelli Tanzi was part of a select group of Companies that founded the “Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma” (Parma Ham Consortium) in 1963. Originally Fratelli Tanzi was just producing, but now it is specialised in selecting, preparing and slicing the best typical, regional products and all Italian deli meats.
